I picked these 3 because they all had that wonderful simple but special California look. 
 My husband and I were coming out of kreation when we spotted Marisa.  She looked so polished yet so California casual we just had to feature her.  It happens that  she works in that incredibly well designed salon called Thomas Chase , which I will talk about more on  Inspiration By Design.
The lady at the news stand in Venice Beach has a great look -- very casual yet with some thought.  The t-shirt has a falls beautifully  -- and I love the hat!  I love hats and when people look comfortable in them.
Then there is the young girl walking in Malibu. She has the jeans and the flip flops but the cut of the cover-up is special and gives her a sweet girly look.

While eating lunch at the Country Mart in Malibu I saw Anne 

dressed so adorable I had to ask her to be on my blog.   

Her entire outfit was special but the cut-outs at the bottom of the skirt was what caught my attention. Then I noticed the  large belt and the great t-shirt with the perfect shoes - it was done so well - and looked so effortless.

After speaking with Anne I found out she is from Greece and works for Elle Magazine there,

- of course she looks wonderful and special! Thank you Anne, and your friend, 

for letting me interrupt your lunch--it was a pleasure meeting you. Anne is the beauty editor for Elle Magazine in Greece.

I wish this photo turned out better -- 

the woman had a casual relaxed look without being ordinary --

 just perfect for a lovely day at the ocean.   The pattern on the skirt was special.

This darling young girl is a high school student from Santa Barbara

- she is so well put together you never would know she is so young.

The dress is an open crochet with a lining.   

The addition of the bright fun earrings is the perfect touch.

This young lady is a friend of the one shown above -- they were in Malibu together and having a great day.  The lovely dark dress beautifully cut and the perfect necklace - long and thin. It was a very bright day as you can see and I wish I had taken another picture of this young ladies' outfit to show how beautifully it was cut. Sorry! This couple walked by so quickly but I think you can tell how well they compliment each other.
